SCHATZY is a fabulous original rock band, fronted by Greg Schatz. Greg is known mostly for his skillful work on the upright bass with the Deltabilly Boys. But it is with his band SCHATZY that Greg's many other talents shine through: singer, songwriter, accordionist, guitarist, keyboard player, and band leader. A prolific writer, Greg's songs are catchy and well crafted, often humorous, but sometimes heart-wrenching, with various stylistic influences, including jazz, rockabilly, hip hop, progressive rock, hard rock, zydeco, polka, and so on. The band's current line up includes fellow Deltabilly Boys Paul Santopadre and Jeremy Lyons on drums and guitars respectively, and Dave Stover on bass.
